Understanding her clients’ goals is very important to Ms. Mulligan. Once she knows and understands her clients’ goals, she strategizes to develop and implement a case plan that results in those goals being achieved. She values her relationships with her clients and personally sees each and every case through to the end. She makes sure that her clients are informed and that all of their questions and concerns are addressed.

15 Years of Family Law Experience

Ms. Mulligan began her legal career as a criminal prosecutor. As a prosecutor, she gained invaluable trial experience. She began practicing family law in 2005 and has been exclusively practicing family law ever since. Ms. Mulligan has spent an enormous amount of time in family law courtrooms throughout the State of California and has worked her way up the family law ladder over the past 15 years. She has handled all types of cases - from simple divorces and modification proceedings to complex litigation involving multi-million dollar estates. She has been the managing attorney of an Orange County law firm with nine attorneys and 13 support staff. She has 12 years of experience as a sole practitioner.
